Great question. When you order a Photo Download(s) you will receive via email one (1) digital photo file in 1 of 2 sizes: Social Media Size (1600px) and/or Home Printing Size (3200px). This will be the same for all three gallery styles - Pix, Traditional and Unwatermarked.

Nearly every week from June thru September Cocoa & Co.™ release Newport Polo photos. Following each weekend polo match you can start ordering 24 to 72 hours after the match!

Pix Style Style - $15 Social Media Size / $40 Home Printing Size - have the official Pix At Polo overlay - frame, logo and match details along the bottom of the photo. Traditional Style - $20 Social Media Size / $50 Home Printing Size - photos have the standard Cocoa & Co. ™ watermark appropriately placed within the image.

No. Digital Downloads are not eligible for refund due to the nature of the product - there’s no way to “return” your download for a refund.

Custom print and paper products are not eligible for a refund.

No. Digital Downloads cannot be switched or exchanged with other images. Due to the nature of this products immediate delivery we cannot stop/pause or take back a photo once you’ve ordered it. Please double check your cart before ordering.

Yes - a 1-time second link can be emailed to you. Email us here. This second link will also expire after 24 hours after it’s been delivered. If your second link expires you will need to re-order your photos.
