Golden light and a harbor breeze set the perfect backdrop for Newport Polo’s Welcome Party at the Newport Harbor Island Resort just before sunset. Held on Friday evening, the celebration kicked off the excitement for the following day’s USA vs Jamaica polo match on Saturday. The evening came alive with the flavors of Jamaica—plates of island-inspired cuisine paired seamlessly with specialty rum punch that flowed throughout the night. Live music set the rhythm as laughter and conversation filled the air, creating a festive atmosphere true to Newport Polo tradition. The highlight of the night was a meet-and-greet with the Jamaica Polo Team, giving fans the chance to toast the players and celebrate the start of an incredible polo weekend.
