RI Commerce Governor’s Cup - Newport Polo

What a fun and beautiful Polo Saturday - a wonderful setting for the RI Commerce Governor’s Cup. Guests came in their colorful Beach Party attire, in honor of today’s match theme: Beach Party. Everywhere you looked, bold floral prints, pops of orange, pink, and blues, could be seen across the polo arena. Two-time champs, Team Avery, faced the All-Stars in Newport, making the match exciting and almost tying in the end. Crowds were on their feet cheering after each goal, on the edge to see who would win the trophy. In the end, Avery did the incredible, winning for a 3rd time, 9-to-8, against the All-Stars.
