It’s super simple! You can order a Photo Download (Social Media Size or Commercial Size) or a variety of print/paper products including: Prints, Matted Prints, Calendars and more.

Great question. When you order a Photo Download(s) you will receive via email one (1) digital photo file in 1 of 2 sizes: Social Media Size (1600px) and/or Commercial Size (3200px). This will be the same for both gallery styles - Traditional and Unwatermarked.

Following each NIBS weekend photos of guests/attendees, brands, sponsor, vendors and events are release in the NIBS Shop.

Traditional Style - $25 Social Media Size / $60 Commercial Size - photos have the standard Cocoa & Co. ™ watermark appropriately placed within the image.

Absolutely! Simply click on the NIBS thumbnail above and visit the Unwatermarked Gallery. Unwatermarked digital download photos begin at $125.

Email Link : First you will receive a confirmation email. Then you will receive a second email with your download link.

PRO TIP: Search in your email inbox and/or junk folder for an email with the subject, "Cocoa and Co. has sent you photos…".

Digital Download link expires 24 hours after delivered.

No. Digital Downloads are not eligible for refund due to the nature of the product - there’s no way to “return” your download for a refund.

Custom print and paper products are not eligible for a refund.

No. Digital Downloads cannot be switched or exchanged with other images. Due to the nature of this products immediate delivery we cannot stop/pause or take back a photo once you’ve ordered it. Please double check your cart before ordering.

Yes - a 1-time second link can be emailed to you. Email us here. This second link will also expire after 24 hours after it’s been delivered. If your second link expires you will need to re-order your photos.
