USA vs Scotland - Newport Polo

The first Newport Polo match of the 2025 summer season had bright blue skies, high temps, and a lovely breeze. On this #pictureperfect day, patrons came to cheer on USA vs Scotland. In honor of Scotland, this week’s Best In Show theme was the Scottish Tartan and the Scotland blue and white flag. From kilts, to skirts, to dresses, to sashes - the iconic Scottish crossing horizontal and vertical bands, in various colors - could be seen throughout the polo arena. In a hard close match Scotland took home the win with a 6 - 5 victory over USA. Thank you to ALL BIS participants! Below are a few favorites from the match day.
