Cocoa and Company, Ltd. does not accept returns or exchanges of any retail items purchased in Cocoa & Co. Studio (2706 Eastland Mall, Columbus, OH 43232) or on the online store. If you receive a defective item, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with details of the product and the defect.
Upon receipt of the returned product, we will fully examine it and notify you via email, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a store credit or a replacement as a result of the defect. If you are entitled to a replacement or store credit, we will replace the product or issue store credit within 3-5 Business Days of the date report was received.
You have 48 hrs from the date in which your photographic services are provided to request a 100% refund of your package cost. Offsite, on-location Weddings, Engagements, Special Events, Students and all other custom photographic services are not included. All sitting fees and deposits are non-refundable. All refunds over $20 are processed by Corporate Check in 8-10 weeks. After 48 hrs your photography package is non-refundable.
