Cocoa and Company, Ltd. does not accept returns or exchanges of any retail items purchased on the online store. If you receive a defective item, please contact us at customercare@cocoanco.com with details of the product and the defect.

Upon receipt of the returned product, we will fully examine it and notify you via email, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a online store credit or a replacement as a result of the defect. If you are entitled to a replacement or online store credit, we will replace the product or issue online store credit within 3-5 Business Days of the date report was received. 

SERVICES 

Photography....

You have 48 hrs from the date in which your photographic services are provided to request a 100% refund of your package cost. Offsite, on-location Weddings, Engagements, Special Events, Students, Group Sessions and all other custom photographic services are not included. All sitting fees, deposits and retainers are non-refundable. All refunds over $20 are processed by Corporate Check in 8-10 weeks. After 48 hrs your photography package is non-refundable. All graphic design and/or branding work done by Cocoa & Co. is non-refundable.
