The beauty of working with us is you get to choose! Corporate event photos are usually delivered without a watermark. We do offer an exclusive discount if you want our discrete watermark on the final event photos but our starter hourly rate includes watermark-free event photos.

Simply share your Custom Gallery link with all your event guests.

Custom Galleries provide a seamless way for guests to access & download event photos. For 10 days after photo delivery, guests can enjoy downloads at NO CHARGE, eliminating the need for you to handle photo requests. After 10 days, images remain available for purchase, with each digital download including a print at NO CHARGE.

Great question! We offer social media marketing highlight videos and reels for corporate clients upon request. Highlight video services must be bundled with event photography.

Absolutely! Nonprofits have a special place in our hearts so we like to take special care of our nonprofit clients with exclusive rates. Please note your brand/company is a nonprofit upon inquiring.

No. However, to respect our team’s time a 1-time cancelation fee may be applied.

Cocoa & Co. retains the copyright to all event photos and must be given photo credit in all instances digitally and/or in print. That said, yes, you will be given a perpetual license to use the final event photos for internal marketing purposes. This means you can share photos on your company/brand website, social media, newsletters, and marketing print materials. Your service agreement will outline how to credit Cocoa & Co. and usage limitations.

Yes! We love seeing our work in print. We require clients to share publication details - issue, URL, outlet, media name, etc so we can celebrate the achievement and share the news! Special photo dimensions/resolution can be requested following your event free of charge.
